• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• When not in use, pack the blanket in its original packaging for best
protection and store in a cool, clean and dry location. Avoid pressing sharp
creases into the blanket. Only storage after blanket is cold fully.
Positioning the electric blanket
1. Place the blanket on the mattress, leaving room for the pillow and with the
mains lead at the pillow end.
2. Remove tags from tie tapes.
3. Pass the middle tie tape under the middle of the mattress and through the
middle loop on the opposite side. (Fig 1)
4. Pass end tape under the corresponding bottom corner of the mattress and
through the end loop, down under the other bottom corner of the mattress
and through the bottom side loop (Fig 2).
5. Repeat procedure for the tape at the top end. (Fig.3)
6. Blanket should now be firmly taped to mattress as shown in fig 3.
Important: The blanket must not be used over or under a waterbed.
You may notice and odour when using the blanket for the first time, due to the
insulation material. This is harmless and will subside quickly

The control has Braille markings, which allow for easy temperature adjustment in
the dark.

- Pre-heat, this setting is recommended for Pre-heating the
bed 1 to 2 hours before use with standard bedding. DO
NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR BLANKET ON THIS SETTING.
