No signal at all:
Check phantom power is on, and is supplying 48V
Check XLR cable/ polarity (i.e. correctly wired);
Check the three small screws in the bottom part of the micro-
phone. You should see the heads of these screws on the mi-
crophone's surface. If the screw deep inside please screw it out
counterclockwise from the microphone, until the surface)
Spitting/Rumbling/Bubbling sound:
Capsule may have been subjected to too much moisture, this
can happen to all condenser microphones and can only be
cured by letting the capsule dry out in a warm dry place.
WARNING! Though a hair dryer will do the trick it will prema-
turely age the Microphone, and increase the future susceptibility
to problems.
Guarantee
The microphone is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from
the date of manufacture. There is no need to return any guaran-
tee forms.
