INTRODUCTION
This kit is to be used with gate operator models CSW200,
CSW200U, RSW12V, RSW12VDC, RSW12U, CSW24V,
CSW24VDC, and CSW24U.
CARTON INVENTORY
K07-50227: Output shaft (with set screws), Key, Thread Lock
Adhesive
K70-35677: Output shaft (with set screws), Key, Thread Lock
Adhesive, Limit Chain, Limit Cup with Sprocket, Washer (1-1/8"
wide)
K77-36539: Output shaft (with set screws), Key, Thread Lock
Adhesive, Limit Chain, Limit Cup with Sprocket, Washer (1-1/8"
wide), Limit Sprocket
TOOLS NEEDED
• 1/4" Allen Wrench
• Pliers
• Flat head screw driver
• Pin Punch
• 1/2" hardened steel bolt, 2-1/2" or longer
• Ratchet or wrench
• Mallet
INSTALLATION
REMOVE THE OLD OUTPUT SHAFT
{All KITS)
1. Disconnect power from the operator.
2. Remove the covers and arm assembly from the operator.
3. Rotate the limit cup to gain access to the bottom set screw on
the output shaft. ·
4. Loosen the set screws on the output shaft with a 1/4" Allen
wrench (force might be required to break factory installed
thread adhesive).
5. Remove the output shaft and discard. NOTE: If the output
shaft will not move, insert a 2-112" threaded hardened steel
bolt (not provided) into the top of the output shaft. Tighten
the bolt with a wrench to force the shaft tree.
6. Remove the key from the gear reducer shaft and discard. If
the keyway of the gear reducer shaft is damaged in any way,
the gear reducer will need to be replaced.
REMOVE THE LIMIT CUP ASSEMBLY
(K77-36539 AND K70-35677 ONLY)
1. Use a pliers and a flatheao screwdriver (if needed) to remove
the master link from the limit chain.
2. Remove and discard the limit chain.
3. Remove the limit cup and the washer from the reducer shaft
and discard.

To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH, disconnect
electric power to operator BEFORE installing.
ALL installations and electrical connections MUST be made by a
qualified individual.
