BASIC KNODLEDGE OF HIGH TEMPERATURE GRILLING
Display temperature
The temperature displayed on the screen is directly measured by a high-precision temper-
ature sensor in the heating element. According to laboratory measurements, the surface
temperature of heating elements is about 5-10% lower than the display temperature. As the
distance between baked food increases, temperature decreases. Because the device mainly
works under radiation heat, the thermal exposure intensity depends on the surface of meat.
Note: It is invalid to measure the temperature of the heating element with an infrared ther-
mometer. The measurement results will be greatly affected by various reflections and parti-
tions on the surrounding stainless steel surface.
• The preparation of a steak is divided into the following steps:
1. Preheating device.
2. Determining the guide rail layer and inserting the meat into the grill plate.
3. The first side of the barbecue (1-4 minutes, depending on the meat type and distance).
4. The other side of the barbecue (1-4 minutes, depending on the type of meat).
5. Let the meat rest (choose the temperature and time).
Tips
1. In general, choose a piece of meat as thick as possible, it's better to have marble lines with
fat throughout it. Salt and pepper are added only after baking. Of course, you can wipe the
meat with dry marinade first. Liquid seasoning is not recommended.
2. Butter or lard, you can rub it on the meat to improve the taste.
3. For subsequent cooking, just put the meat in one of the two upper rails, then continue to
cook slowly at low temperature to achieve the ideal consistency of the meat. In this case,
cook at low temperature for 3-5 minutes.
Example of use: 200g fillet (1.5cm thick)
1. Turn the device to 800-850 °C and pre-heat.
2. Put the meat on the middle of the grill.
3. Insert into the second upper rail.
4. Take out the grill plate after 2 minutes and turn the meat for grilling another 2 minutes.
5. Place the steak below, place it on the grill plate or in the drip tray at reduced temperature.
6. Let continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.
IMPORTANT!
Turn off and allow to cool down
When the set time is over or the grilling process is interrupted, the fan keeps running. This is
very important to ensure that the housing does not overheat due to the residual heat in the
equipment. Turn off the power only when the fan stops automatically.
The device may only be cleaned after it has cooled down completely, the main switch has
been switched off and the earth contact plug has been removed from the socket and the
device is therefore completely disconnected from the mains.
First remove the grill grate, the drip tray, rest tray and the hanger from the equipment.
Spray on them with appropriate cleaner after a sufficient reaction time, thoroughly rinse
the inside with the aid of a washing-up brush with plastic bristles. Do not use abrasives,
wire brushes or steel sponges to prevent scratches and corrosion.
