Cause 1:
No cleanpool liquid in the reservoir.
Solution 1:
Refill cleaning liquid.
Cause 2:
The cleaning liquid does not get stored in the reservoir because the magnetic valve of the reservoir stays open.
Solution 2:
Check the magnet valve at the bottom of the cleanpool tank and replace if necessary. Call your dealer in case
replacement is needed.
Problem 4.
The whirlpool does not work at all.
Cause 1:
By repeatedly pressing the controls deliberately or inadvertently for a large number of times, the electronics can get
confused.
Solution 1:
Switch off the mains supply using the main switch, wait 1 minute, then switch on again, thus resetting the electronics. If
the problem persists, please call your dealer.
Problem 5.
The system does not work.
Cause 1:
The hydro or aero motor has a thermal safety switch. If this overheats, the motor will switch off. A probable cause for
this is a blocked motor.
Solution 1:
This can be solved by removing the inspection hatch at the back of the motor and to check whether the axis can be
turned using a screwdriver. If the pump is blocked, it needs to be disassembled and cleaned. Trying to start a blocked
motor/pump a number of times may cause damage.
Problem 6.
The Bluetooth device does not connect to the system.
Cause 1:
Another device is still paired with the Bluetooth channel.
Solution 1:
First disconnect the Bluetooth connection with the paired device so another device can be paired with the system.
Problem 7.
Heating does not work.
Cause 1:
Heating is linked to the primary hydro system.
Solution 1:
Are these systems switched on? If not switch these on, followed by the heating.
If this does not work call a Riho service centre.
