DAKOTA FRONT & REAR
DURANGO FRONT
t. Clean and degrease rear or front nares where the Splashguards are to be
located,
2, Position Splashguard making sure bottom is parallel to road surface and
maximum tire coverage.
3, Mark existing two screw locations by tapping Splashguard on back with a small
hammer at each location. Drill 3/32" (2 mm) pilot holes through Splashguard
end fender edge for remaining two holes.
4 Remove part, enlarge marked and drilled pilot holes to 3/16i (5 mm). (Enlarged
holes will not strip wax coating off screws).
5. Remove marked two existing screws.
6. Reposition Splashguard
RAM TRUCK REAR
1. Clean and degrease rear body panel where the Splashguards are to be
located,
2. Position Splashguard making sure bottom is parallel to road surface and
maximum tire coverage.
3, Mark push pin (or bolt) location by tapping Splashguard
at each location. Drill 3/32" (2 mm) pilot holes through Splashguard and
fender edge for remaining holes, use all screws provided.
4. Remove part, enlarge marked and drilled pilot holes to 3/16" (5 mm).
(Enlarged holes will not strip wax coating off screws).
5. Identity and remove body panel push pins (or bolts). Pull liner out, install
spring clips over existing holes if bolts are not used. (See Diagram).
6. Reposition Splashguard
DURANGO REAR
1. Clean and degrease rear fascia where the Splashguards are to be located.
2. Position Splashguard making sure bottom is parallel to road surface and
maximum tire coverage.
3. Mark bottom two push pin locations by tapping Splashguard
small hammer at each location, Drill 3/32 (2 mm) pilot holes through
Splashguard and fascia edge for remaining holes. Use all screws provided.
4. Remove part, enlarge drilled holes to 3/16" (5 mm) and marked holes to 3/8'
(I Omm). (Enlarged holes will not strip wax coating offscrews).
5. Identify' a nd removefascia push pins. (see diagram).
6. RepositionSpleshguard
