Warranty
Limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship
for 24 months. This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER:
• Normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord
or plug.
• Damage due to external factors, misuse or abuse such as but
not limited to: dropping, foreign objects being placed on
barrel, wrong voltage supply, neglect in safety precautions.
• Tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an
unauthorized party.
• Damage resulting from use of unauthorized attachments.
WHERE VALID
The limited warranty is valid only in the United States (excluding
territories) & Canada. Outside of the United States, contact your
local distributor for warranty terms and service. Curling iron
must be purchased from an authorized Olivia Garden reseller.
Void where prohibited.
WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
1. Register your curling iron within 30 days of purchase (visit
oliviagarden.com/ogi/warranty/curlingiron.php for warranty
registration)
2. Copy of original proof of purchase from an authorized Olivia
Garden distributor.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Return curling iron with postage paid to: Olivia Garden

Attn: Curling Iron Warranty Department
2. Include in your package:
- The curling iron well packaged to avoid damage during
shipping
- Copy of the original proof of purchase from an authorized
Olivia Garden distributor
- Payment of USD $18 (continental USA)
or USD $28 (Hawaii, Alaska & Canada) made payable to
Olivia Garden for postage, handling & insurance
3. Upon receipt and inspection, Olivia Garden will determine if
curling iron is covered under terms of the limited warranty.
If it is covered, Olivia Garden will either repair or replace.
Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including
but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to
the 24 months duration of this written limited warranty. In no
event shall Olivia Garden be liable for any special, incidental,
or consequential damages for breach of this or any other
warranty, express or implied, whatsoever. This limited warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which may vary from state to state in USA and Canada.

Your Olivia Garden curling iron is compliant CTUVUS and CE.
Recycling & Disposal
Your curling iron is an product classified as an 'electrical or
electronic equipment' and must not be disposed of with other
household or commercial waste at the end of its working life.
When you have no further use for this product, please dispose
of it according to your local authority's recycling procedure.
