TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptoms
Inserts the plug,
press the "On/Off"
key, but the power
indicator is not bright.
Not heat after turn
on the appliance, the
buzzer is beeping.
It suddenly stop
to heat when it is
working.
Error codes occur.
MAINTENANCE
Warning
Always unplug the item before cleaning.
Never immerse the item in water or any other liquid.
After cleaning always check the connection between power cord and socket for a safe use.
Check-up Items
Check the plug if insert tightly.
Check the power cord if well.
Check the power supply.
Check the voltage if too low.
Check if there is any pot on the plate
Check if the pot put on the center of plate.
Check if the pot is suitable.
The ambient temperature is too high.
Air intake or vent was jam.
Check if there is no operation within 2
hours.
E0. Inner circuit is broken
E1. No pot or unsuitable pot.
E2. Internal overheat
E3. Over-voltage
E4. Under-Voltage
E5. Sensor of PCB disconnect or short
circuit.
E6. Sensor of IGBT disconnect or short
circuit.

Solution
Eliminate after inspection.
Eliminate after inspection.
Remove it to the lower tempera-
ture place the used.
Make the air intake and vent to
be both expedite.
Normal phenomenon.
It would be inner temp. adjust-
ment by the appliance if the fan
is working normally, please try
again after a few minutes.
Keep the heat vents clear
The induction cooker may
overheat or damaged if bottom
heat vents are blocked.
Please do not place light table
cloth/sheet under the induction
cooker when using. Otherwise
heat vents may be blocked by
those materials.
Thick table cloth or plastic plate
are suggested as replacement.
Please contact service center
for checking and repairing.
