Three different recommendations for the breast massage:
1. Place the device on the top of the
breast, stroke it downwards towards the
nipple:
Start on the upper outer edge of the breast and
with a soft and steady pressure slide the mas-
sage device in the direction of the nipple - use
inwards stroke movements around the breast.
2. Place the device on the top of the
breast, make circular movements towards
the nipple:
Start on the upper outer edge of the breast and
with a soft and steady pressure create circles
using the massage device - use inwards circu-
lar movements around the breast.
3. Place the device on the lower part of the
breast, stroking movements from left to
right:
Place the massage device on the lower outer
edge of the breast and with a soft and steady
pressure slide it along the breast from left to
right and from right to left.
