21. Reinstall the panelboard cover(s).
22. Test the SurgePOD PRO installation by energizing the panelboard
and placing the circuit breaker or fusible switch (requires fuses
to be installed) in the ON position. Verify the LED status indicator
is ON and Green. If LED is not ON or Green, see easyID™ LED
Status Indicators on page 4 for possible causes and remedy.

easyID™ LED status indicator
The easyID LED status indicator will illuminate when the unit is
properly installed and the system is energized.
The following LED colors/status indicate:
GREEN LED = Good
The circuit is energized and protected.
RED LED = Bad
The circuit is energized and unprotected.
The unit needs replacing.
LED is Out / Unlit:
The circuit is most likely deenergized.
The 2-pole common trip circuit breaker or
fused switch used for installation is turned
OFF .
The 2-pole common trip circuit breaker or fused switch used for
installation has opened.
The unit's leads are disconnected.
The unit is damaged.
Authorized personnel should follow all prescribed lockout/tagout
and safety procedures in troubleshooting the cause for the above
conditions. Opening the SurgePOD PRO enclosure will void warranty
and UL Listing.
