RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
Every unit is thoroughly tested and inspected prior
to shipment. However, it is possible that the unit may incur
damage during transit. If damage is noticed when unloading,
make a note of it on the BILL OF LADING. Remove all
packingand strappingmaterial,then inspectthe unitagain
for damage. IF DAMAGE IS EVIDENT, FILE A CLAIM
WITH THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY!
WARRANTY
This product is warranted for 90 DAYS from date of
purchaseto befree of manufacturingdefects in material
and workmanship. The manufacturer's obligation hereunder
is limited to repairing such products during the warranty
period, provided the product is sent prepaid back to the
factory.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts
or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use
or misuse of the product, use or application contrary to
installation instructions, or disassembly, repair or alteration
by any person prior to authorization from a factory represen-
tative.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Review and refer to the diagram on this page to
assist you with the following these procedures.
Use caution not to spill hydraulic fluid from the
reservoir when tipping the table. Any spilled fluid can be
safely wiped up with a paper or cloth towel. Replace any
spilled fluid with AW-32 hydraulic oil or its equivalent.

Before proceeding with each of the following steps,
ensure that the table is stable after being propped.
Tip up the end of the table opposite the foot pump
and place a 4 x 4 board or similar structural prop under the
frame so that the rigid casters can be bolted on. Note: Only
three bolts are used to fasten
Tip up the end of the table again to remove the prop
and lower the table onto the rigid casters. Move the foot
pump end of the unit and tilt the frame end up to place the
prop underneath the frame there to allow for installation of
the swivel casters and the push handle. Note: The two
outside bolts will go through both the push handle and the
swivel caster plate. Tighten all of the bolts.
