1.5. Safety instructions

Electrical hazards
 Make sure that the power supply voltage
shown on the nameplate (Fig. 4) of the
equipment corresponds to that of your
electrical installation.
 Not for outdoor use.
 To provide additional protection, it is
advisable to install a rated residual
differential current device (RDD) not
exceeding 30 mA in the electrical circuit
supplying the equipment. Request
advice from your installer.
 Plug the equipment into a standard
socket.
 Plug the equipment in separately; do not
use any adaptors or power strips.
 Plug the equipment into an earthed
socket to avoid all problems and electric
shocks resulting from electrical leakage.
 Regularly check the condition of the
electrical lead. If the lead shows any
signs of damage, stop using the
equipment immediately. Contact the
