  • Page 9 3. SEGURIDAD 3.1. El uso de la bomba y de la máquina en la que se halla instalada la misma está reservado a personas mayores de edad, que conozcan bien la máquina y la bomba y que hayan leído este manual en su totalidad. 3.2.

MANTENIMINETO Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento ordinario descritas a continuación deberán ser llevadas a cabo por personal preparado, que conozca bien la bomba y su funcionamiento y que haya leído en su totalidad el presente manual. El mantenimiento deberá efectuarse prestando la máxima atención, con el fin de evitar accidentes.

    6.4. LIMPIEZA DE LA BOMBA Se debe programar una limpieza sistemática de la bomba para mantenerla lo más libre posible de suciedad y detritos. Todos los empalmes no usados se deben sellar con protecciones de roscas. Se debe eliminar la grasa y el polvo de todas las conexiones del tubo. Se deben mantener limpios todos los equipos conectados a la bomba.

    BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CONNECTIONS, VERIFY THE CONDITION OF FITTINGS AND SEALS AND ENSURE THREADS AND PIPES ARE CLEAN AND INTACT. 4.2.1. HYDRAULIC CONNEXTIONS (NS2) - Connect the hydraulic pressure hose (fig.1 ,pag.2). Check that the fitting fits the oil connection thread on the pump.

    If the pump is no longer required for duty, empty the oil and dispose of it in accordance with the law of your country.
