    3. Introduction The Hub A1 parallel box connects multiple Apex 300 units to double or triple the output power for higher power demands. This allows the whole setup to: a.Provide high-power off-grid output in parallel mode. b.Serve as a high-power backup UPS, supporting scheduled charging and discharging when connected to the sub panel.

    5. Mounting 5.1 Choose a Location Place the Hub A1 near the Apex 300, or close to the AT1, sub panel, or main panel based on your setup. Choose a dry, cool, well-ventilated spot with enough space for easy cable connections and clear indicator visibility.

    Step 1: Power off the Apex 300 and disconnect any loads from the Hub A1. Step 2: Use the P050A parallel cables to connect 1 to 3 Apex 300 units to the Hub A1. Once connected, the system is ready to power loads off-grid.
  • Page 11 Step 1: Power off the Apex 300 and disconnect any outputs from the main panel and Hub A1. Step 2: Connect the main panel's NEMA TT-30 or NEMA 14-50P outlet to the Hub A1's AC input connectors with the appropriate input cable.
  • Page 12 Step 3: Connect the EV charger to the Hub A1 using the EV charging cable. Step 4: Connect up to three Apex 300 units to the Hub A1 with P050A parallel cables, then plug the vehicle into the Hub A1's output port.

    The charging and discharging status can be monitored on the Apex 300's display • when it's charging or powering a load via the Hub A1. The Hub A1 supports a single-phase 120VAC input on the L1 connector. Any other • connection will trigger a phase loss error.
