REMOVAL
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Recover refrigerant from A/C system.
STEP 2:
Raise vehicle.
STEP 3:

Drain coolant.
STEP 4:
Remove passenger side front and rear
wheels and wheel well liners.
STEP 5:
Remove passenger side step.
STEP 6:
Disconnect high side and low side A/C lines
from mating lines in front passenger
wheel well.
STEP 7:
Lower vehicle.

STEP 8:
Remove firewall shield.
STEP 9:
Disconnect two heater hoses from service
ports at the back of engine bay.
STEP 10:
Raise vehicle.
STEP 11:
Remove A/C lines from all clips.
STEP 12:
Disconnect rear A/C line connections from
expansion valve.
