INTRODUCTION
Thanks to the extra-long grill plate, everyone can
easily cook together at the table.
Equipped with a non-stick coating for easy
cleaning.
Suitable for preparing meat, fish, vegetables,
eggs and pancakes.
Can be used with little oil or butter.
Cooking surface dimensions: 90 x 24 cm.
Excess oil and grease are collected in the
removable drip tray.
Removable adjustable thermostat with on/off
light.
Cool-touch handles.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging material and any stickers
and dispose of them separately so that they can
be recycled.
Clean the device according to the instructions in
the CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE chapter.
Some smoke may occur during the first use. This
is normal for new heating elements and will stop
after a short while. This smoke development is
not harmful.
USE
Place the Multi Plate on a stable and flat surface.
Although the Multi Plate has a bottom plate that
prevents the table top from getting too hot, we
recommend not placing the Multi Plate on a
plastic tablecloth or other sensitive surfaces. In
that case, use a sturdy non-plastic placemat or a
heat-resistant coaster and place the Multi Plate
on it.
There must be sufficient space around the Multi
Plate for heat to escape and for ventilation.
Place the thermostat (6) in the device.
Slide the drip tray (4) into place under the grease
drain opening.
Plug the plug into the socket.
Set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase
the temperature and counterclockwise to
decrease the temperature.
Wait until the set temperature is reached. The
temperature indicator turns on and remains
on until the Multi Plate has reached the set
temperature. Then the indicator will go out.
To maintain the set temperature, the heating
element will switch on briefly at regular
intervals. The temperature indicator will then
also turn on and off.
Grill the food on the Multi Plate until it is ready
for consumption.
Experiment with temperature and cooking time
for best results.
Small pieces of food grill or roast better and
faster than large pieces.
Turn the food using a wooden spatula, preferably.
To prevent dehydration, it is best to turn meat
and fish only once.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not pour cold water on a switched on
appliance. The water will splash and damage the
Multi Plate.
Be careful of steam and splashes when placing
food and heating fatty ingredients.
The Multi Plate becomes very hot during use.
Do not touch the hot Multi Plate. Only touch the
handles when the Multi Plate is hot.
Do not move the device when it is turned on or
still hot. Use oven gloves if you must touch the
appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device after each use.
After use, turn the thermostat knob (5) to zero.
Remove the plug from the socket.
Let the device cool down.
Remove the thermostat (6) from the device.
The removable thermostat with cord must be
kept dry at all times.
Wipe the grill plate and parts with a damp cloth.
Do not use sharp metal objects or aggressive
cleaning agents for the non-stick coating.
The grill plate can be cleaned with soapy water.
Dry the grill plate thoroughly with a dry cloth,
especially the thermostat connection.

First allow the device to cool down completely
and clean it as directed.
