Replacement Instructions
To replace the Grill Assembly:
1. Place the Convertible Electric Grill on its back.
2. Place one hand on the handle of the BBQ and
release the Drip Tray by pulling up on the release
tab (Fig. 1).
3. Remove the Junction Box Cover Plate by removing
the two (2) Phillips screws that hold it in place
(Fig. 2).
4. Remove all wire connectors.
5. Remove the two (2) # 3 Phillips screws and
washers that attach the grill to the main chassis.
There is one (1) screw on each side of the grill
(Fig. 2).
6. Turn BBQ so that it rests on extended legs and
remove the two (2) silver trim pieces on either side
of the grill. Each trim piece is held in place by two
(2) small Phillips screws (Fig. 3).
7. Lift the grill out of the BBQ.
8. Position replacement grill into BBQ and
reassemble in reverse order.
