  • Page 5 Description of yoghurt production Cleaning and disinfection: ● Remove the appliance from the packaging box, then clean it with a damp cloth. ● Place the milk box and lid into freshly boiled water, so it can be sterilised and disinfected. Allocation (1) Fresh or pure milk (according to the proportion shown in the fermentation starter) and fermentation starter.
