MATERIALS
1 1 Main Crossbar.
2 1 L/H Sidearm.
3 1 R/H Sidearm.
4 10 M10 x 30 x 1,5 Bolts
5 10 M10 x 1,5 Lock Nuts
6 14 M10 Flat Washers (20 O.D)
7 2 M10 Flat Washers (30 O.D)
8 2 M10 Lock Washers
9 2 U Nuts
FITTING
Remove tail lights (2 nuts in boot area).
Remove rear registration plate, 2 bumper fixing screws under Registration Plate.
Release bumper fixings from bottom edge of bumper and from wheel arches, and release
bumper from vehicle.
Remove crash beam from rear panel of vehicle (will not be refitted).
2. Set side bracket left (2) and right (3) inside side members and mount brackets loosely to
existing holes on side member bottom faces using washers (7), spring washers (8) and screws
(4).
Mount side bracket left (2) and right (3) loosely to existing screws at rear plate with washers (6)
and nuts (5) and to existing holes at rear plate with screws (4), washers (6) and nuts (5).
3. Mount cross beam (1) to side brackets (2) and (3) loosely with screws (4), washers (6) and
nuts (5).
4. Align all parts and tighten all fixings to the recommended torque setting.
5. Cut a recess to rear bumper according to sketch.
6. Set U-nuts (9) to brackets in cross beam (1) and refit rear bumper to vehicle.
7. Corsa D: Mount the sleeve of ball part (a) and socket holder (b) to crossbeam (1) with screws
(c), spring washers (d) and washers (e), see also fitting instruction for ball part. Ball part shall
be installed and maintained in accordance with separate instructions. Follow the instructions
frequently.
Corsa E: Install ball part (a), spacers (e) and socket holder (b) to cross beam (1) with screws
(c) and nuts (d).
Align parts and tighten all screws/nuts to the recommended torque setting.
8. Re-install vehicle in reverse order.
NOTE! Corsa D / : Vehicle register plate shall be mounted in a high enough position so that
coupling ball does not obscure visibility of register plate.
NOTE! Corsa D / E: In case coupling ball obscures visibility of register plate, ball part must be
detached when trailer is not coupled to vehicle.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
