NOTE: This instruction manual contains essential information about the safety measures to be adopted when the
LumiPlus Wireless Range Extender is being installed and operated for the first time. Therefore, the installer as well as
the end user must read these instructions before beginning installation and start-up.
Keep this manual for future reference about how this device works.
1. DESCRIPTION
The LumiPlus Wireless Range Extender is only compatible with the LumiPlus Control Motion Wireless device and
projectors in the LumiPlus Wireless range.
1.1 INSTALLATION
• This device must be installed in a place protected from corrosive environments.
• It must not be installed in metal or screened cupboards, or in places where the signal may be weakened.
• It must be connected to the power supply through the two terminals marked as 230 VAC and to the primary windings of
the transformer (230 VAC) through the terminals marked as TRAFO. (See attached diagram)
• The LumiPlus Wireless Range Extender is able to control a maximum of 4 projectors from the LumiPlus Wireless range
(maximum power 150 W).
1.2 OPERATION
The LumiPlus Wireless Range Extender increases the signal received from the LumiPlus Control Motion device and
transmits it to the projectors from the LumiPlus Wireless range that are fed from the transformer to which the LumiPlus
Wireless Range Extender is connected.
1.3 SETTINGS
The LumiPlus Control Motion device must be configured to use channel 1 in order for it to enable the LumiPlus Wireless
Range Extender.

2. SAFETY WARNINGS

• Anyone who sets up this device must have the qualifications required to do so.
• All contact with electric current must be avoided.
• Never let the LumiPlus Wireless Range Extender come into contact with water.
• The IEC 364-7-702 standards (ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS OF BUILDINGS. REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL
INSTALLATIONS OR LOCATIONS. SWIMMING POOLS) must be observed.
• Replacement of the fuse: To avoid electric shocks, disconnect the LumiPlus Wireless Extender before proceeding to
change the fuse.
The fuse can be found inside the device. To reach the fuse, remove the two top screws and open the casing. Remove
the fuse from the device. Replace it with an F1AL 250 V fuse.
