8. Never attempt to disassemble your pod or repair the product, as this will void your
warranty and create a shock hazard. Contact your place of purchase if your pod
develops a fault.
9. In case of abnormal observations such as smoke, peculiar smells or noise, stop using the
pod immediately and contact the retailer from where you purchased it. Never wrap the
pod with cloth or paper as blocking ventilation could increase the risk of fire.
10. Always handle the pod with care – accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
1 1. Only use NEOM Essential Oil Blends. Other essential oils have not been tested and
if used with this pod, may invalidate your warranty.
12. Always plug the USB cable into the pod before plugging into the power source.
13. Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids and do not attempt to clean
in a dishwasher.
14. Please remove the nozzle and essential oil blend bottle if not in use for long periods
of time.
15. Unit switches itself off automatically after your chosen diffusion time. It can be
switched on again for continued use.
16. Remove your essential oil bottle or replace your filled essential oil bottle with the
empty bottle before taking with you when travelling. A filled essential oil bottle left
inside the diffuser could leak when not upright.
17. Always place your pod on a protective surface in case of leakage. We would
not recommend placing your pod directly onto surfaces which may be subject to
damage as a result of leakage or spillage. Wooden, metal, limestone or any other
porous surface must be protected. Keep items away from soft furnishings.

D1. Press the button at the bottom of your pod
firmly with your finger to eject the nozzle.
D2. Remove the dropper insert from the NEOM

Essential Oil Blend bottle using the essential
oil opener tool provided. Take the nozzle
out of the machine and fasten it to the
NEOM Essential Oil Blend bottle.

D3. Align the nozzle and essential oil blend
bottle to the indicator on the top of the pod.

until it sits flush with the top of the pod.
