KMINA PRO - CANE WITH SEAT (FIBER)
The KMINA PRO - FIBER CANE WITH SEAT is designed for people who need extra
support to walk. The cane is foldable and adjustable in height. It has a folding seat to sit down
and rest. It is designed for the elderly, people with mobility problems, with knee pain or in
rehabilitation. Materials: carbon fiber tubes and handle, plastic seat (PP) and 100% natural
rubber mats.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
As a cane:
1. To unfold the cane: pull the central leg out of the ring and snap it into the hole in the central
tube. Unhook the handle from the ring and snap it into the upper tube, adjusting it to one of
its 5 heights.
As a seat:
1. To open the chair: pull the side legs in the same way as in the previous step, push from
the bottom of the seat until the legs are completely open. The user should sit so that the
handle of the cane is at the front. IMPORTANT: Do not use the handle as a backrest.
2. To fold the chair: pull the upper part of the seat and hook the clip located on the lower part
of the seat with the cane tube, leaving the seat completely vertical. Fold the legs, doing the
reverse mechanism as in the previous step.
WARNINGS
- Regularly check the cane with seat for damage or wear. Periodically check that all screws
are tightened securely.
- Take care when using the cane on uneven or slippery surfaces to avoid possible falls.
- Do not apply excessive weight to the pole and never exceed the maximum weight rating.
- Do not exceed the maximum supported weight of the product, which is 265 lbs.
- Before using the cane with seat, check that all parts are securely connected and fastened.
In case of signs of breakage or damage, do not use the cane.
- Do not store the cane with seat at temperatures below freezing point.
- Use the cane with seat only for the purpose for which it was designed. The company is in
no way responsible for any misuse of the cane, or for injury or damage resulting from its use.
- Do not bring the cane with seat close to abrasive materials.
- Any serious incident involving the product must be reported to the manufacturer and to the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and the patient are established.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Keep your cane with seat clean using a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning
materials.
- Do not keep in the sun for long periods of time.
WARRANTY
KMINA warrants this device to be free from defects. The warranty will remain in force for 3
years from the date of original purchase by the consumer. The warranty does not extend to
parts exposed to natural wear and tear that require periodic replacement. This warranty does
not cover:
- Replacement parts supplied by anyone other than KMINA or the authorised dealer.
- Any failure of the unit during the warranty period that is not caused by a defect in material
or workmanship or if the failure is caused by misuse.
- KMINA is not liable for accidental damage or damage to property.

KMINA PRO - BASTÓN CON ASIENTO (FIBRA)
El BASTÓN CON ASIENTO FIBRA - KMINA PRO está diseñado para personas que
necesitan un apoyo extra para caminar. Es plegable y regulable en altura. Cuenta con un
asiento plegable para poder sentarse y descansar. Está pensado para personas mayores,
personas con problemas de movilidad, con dolores de rodilla o en rehabilitación.
Materiales: tubos y asa de fibra de carbono, asiento de plástico (PP) y conteras de caucho
100% natural.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Como bastón:
1. Para desplegar el bastón: tire de la pata central para sacarla del anillos y encájela en el
orificio del tubo central. Desencaje el asa del anillo y encájelo en el tubo superior,
regulándolo en una de sus 5 alturas.
Como asiento:
1. Para abrir la silla: tire de las patas laterales de la misma forma que en el paso anterior,
empuje de la parte inferior del asiento hasta que las patas estén completamente abiertas.
El usuario ha de sentarse de forma que el asa del bastón quede en la parte delantera.
IMPORTANTE: no usar el asa como respaldo.
2. Para plegar la silla: tire de la parte superior del asiento y enganche el clip situado en la
parte inferior del asiento con el tubo del bastón, quedando el asiento completamente
vertical. Doble las patas, haciendo el mecanismo inverso que el paso anterior.
ADVERTENCIAS
- Compruebe con regularidad que el bastón con asiento no presenta daños o desgaste.
Revise periódicamente que todos los tornillos están bien ajustados.
- Tenga cuidado al usar el bastón en superficies resbaladizas o desniveladas para evitar
posibles caídas.
- No aplique peso excesivo al bastón y nunca sobrepase el peso máximo indicado.
- No exceda el peso máximo soportado del producto, el cual es de 120 kg.
- Antes de usar el bastón con asiento, compruebe que todas las partes están conectadas y
fijadas con seguridad. En caso de signos de roturas o desperfectos no use el bastón.
- No guarde el bastón con asiento a temperaturas por debajo del punto de congelación.
- Use el bastón-silla solamente para el propósito para el que ha sido diseñado. La empresa
no es responsable en ningún modo de cualquier mal uso que se haga del bastón, ni de
lesiones o daños producidos como consecuencia del mismo.
- No acercar el bastón con asiento a materiales abrasivos.
- Cualquier incidente grave relacionado con el producto debe notificarse al fabricante y a
la autoridad competente del Estado miembro en el que estén establecidos el usuario y el
paciente.
