The different wall controls offered by Fantech are designed to meet your needs while being visually appealing. They will enable
you to maximize the use and enjoyment of your ventilation system.

This RTS3 timer is
compatible with
electrical board: Uni-Ctrl
This switch can be
placed in the kitchen,
bathroom or any other
central location.

Operation
By pressing the RTS3 button once, the LED light turns green and the ventilation system will operate on HIGH
speed for 20 minutes. Pressing again, the LED will turn yellow and the timer will be set for 40 minutes.
Pressing a third time, the LED is RED and the timer is set for 60 minutes. Press a fourth time to cancel the
timer (LED turns off).
3 wire
Insert the stripped end of the wires into the terminal connections,located on the outside of the HRV or ERV
cabinet near the power cord, marked DEH -, DEH + and COM. Using a pen-type screwdriver, tighten the
screws.
Run the wires to the RTS3. Insert the stripped end of the the wires into the electrical connection marked
DEH -, DEH + and COM. Using a pen-type screwdriver, tighten the screws.
Multiple RTS3 can be connected in parallel. This allows every room to have a RTS3 if required.
The Fantech RTS3 timer is
compatible with all Fantech
HRV/ERV models except the
KHP and the HRV-XI Series.This
control activates the system on
continuous mode for either 20,
40 or 60 minutes depending on
your selection, it then returns
to the predetermined setting.
To cancel this operation,
simply press the button until
the LED light turns off.
