INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
WARNING:
Do not transport a pickup truck facing backward with a liner installed.
Air can get under the liner which may result in the liner coming out of the truck and causing damage or injury.
Truck Box Preparation:
Clean truck box of all foreign matter and open any floor drains to ensure ventilation and moisture drainage.
NOTE:
Bed liner can be installed by one person. However, using two people is recommended by the manufacturer.

Tailgate Cover Installation Steps with Screws
NOTE: Your tailgate cover kit may have more or less hardware than shown.
NOTE: Some trucks are equipped with OEM optional rails cap. The tailgate has the option to have the plastic rail cut off to fit
with the rail cap. Locate the guide line about 1 inch down on the smooth side of the plastic tailgate cover. Using a utility knife
lightly score a line following the molded-in guide line. Repeat this several times then fold the tailgate rail open to give clear
access to the scribe line. Repeat the scoring procedure and cutting along scribe line.
(USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN REMOVING THE TAILGATE RAIL)

Power Screwdriver with Phillips Bit
STEP 1
Remove the 4 existing factory installed screws from tailgate
latch plate and set aside for later use.
STEP 2
Center plastic tailgate cover on truck tailgate. Slide washers
on the screws removed in Step 1. Insert and tighten the four
screws in the four center holes of truck tailgate using a Phillips
screwdriver, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Plastic nut inserts on
truck tailgate will easily strip out. (see FIGURE 2)
STEP 3
Center a self-drilling screw in a pre-drilled hole in the tailgate
cover. Fasten the screw to the tailgate with a power
screwdriver. (see FIGURE 1) DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
BECAUSE THE SCREW THREADS CAN BE STRIPPED
EASILY.
STEP 4
Repeat Step 3 to remaining hole locations until all are
completed.
