UK : Tempered glass has been treated by a special heating and quick cooling
process to give it a greater weight capacity and strength. If it breaks it shatters
into thousands of small cubes, rather than shards of glass.
FR : Le verre trempé a été traité par une cuisson du verre suivi d'un refoidissement
brutal lui conférant une résistance importante à la flexion et au choc.
S'il arrive à se briser ce sera alors en petits morceaux sans danger.
DE : Das gehärtete Glas wurde einem speziellen Erhitzungs- und Abkühlungsprozess
unterzogen. Dadurch trägt es eine höhere Gewichtsbelastung. Bei Überbelastung bricht es
in viele kleine Glasstücke, die nur eine geringe Verletzungsgefahr bergen.
SP : El cristal templado ha sido tratado con una cocción especial y un proceso
de rápido enfriamiento, para darle una alta resistencia a la flexión y a la rotura.
Si se rompe, será en pequeñas piezas y no será peligroso.
UK : When storing the glass top vertically we recommend that it is delicately
placed on a soft surface such as carpet or wood( not concrete).
This should prevent chipping.
FR : Lors de la depose du plateau en position semi verticalement, nous vous
recommandons de le deposer delicatement sur une surface propre et souple
tapis ou bois( pas directement sur une surface dure),
pour eviter d'ebrecher les chants fragiles.
DE : Wenn Sie die Glasplatte flach liegend ablegen, empfehlen wir, dass
Sie sie vorsichtig auf einem weichen Untergrund legen wie einen Teppich oder
Holzboden (keinesfalls Beton). Dies vermeidet Beschädigungen und Kratzer.
SP : Al almacenar el tablero de cristal verticalmente , recomendamos que se
repose delicadamente sobre una superficie como alfombra o madera,
( no directamente en una superficie dura como el hormigón),
para evitar que se desconchen los puntos frágiles.
