Ce détecteur volumétrique utilise la technologie à infrarouge passif.
Il fait partie de la gamme de périphériques radio associables à la centrale
DOMONIAL 800. Tout mouvement détecté dans le local surveillé déclenche
le détecteur qui émet son apparition d'alarme vers la centrale.
Le rétablissement de cette information est envoyé à la centrale au bout de
1min15s (30s en mode rapide).
Ce détecteur possède 1 capteur (IRX800HF – détection horizontale
seulement) ou 2 capteurs (IRX802HF – détection horizontale et sous le
détecteur) selon la version.

Fixer l'IR à 2,30m du sol, avec l'orientation du champ de détection telle
que l'intrus coupe transversalement ses faisceaux de détection (lentilles
en bas). Veiller à ce qu'aucune source de déclenchement parasite ne
se trouve dans le champ du détecteur (fenêtre, source de chaleur,
miroir...). L'AP est une des 3 lamelles métalliques.
Etapes de montage :
1 – Ouvrir le détecteur avec un tournevis (voir photo 1).
2 – Paramétrer le détecteur grâce à l'interrupteur double
fonction (cf. tableau suivant et photo 2) :
Les différences rapide/normal et comptage par 2 ou 3 sont
expliquées en page 2.

NB : Suivant l'orientation, choisissez la position 1,2 ou 3 (vis de fixation -
3,5mm maximum) – Mettre impérativement les 2 vis (non fournies).

Après les opérations, attendre 1min (temps de réveil et de stabilisation).

A la fermeture de l'AP, l'IR entre automatiquement (après son réveil) en mode
test pendant 3min. L'installateur peut alors vérifier la portée de détection par
l'allumage de la LED. Si des mouvements sont détectés au delà des 3 min, la
sortie du mode test s'effectuera uniquement après une période de repos (pas de
détection pendant 3min) et dans la limite de 10min, temps au bout duquel l'IR
quitte son mode test automatiquement.

Le détecteur signale un défaut pile à la centrale, lorsque sa tension
d'alimentation chute entre 2,7V & 2,5V. Il dispose d'une semaine d'autonomie
après avoir signalé son défaut pile. Le défaut pile est visuellement signalé par un
clignotement du voyant rouge lors de chaque émission (même si la LED est invalidée).
ATTENTION : Il y a danger d'explosion s'il y a remplacement incorrect de la pile.
Remplacer uniquement avec une pile du même type ou d'un type équivalent
recommandé par le constructeur.

This volumetric detector uses passive infrared technology. It must be
associated to the Domonial 800 control panel.
Any movement within the monitored room triggers the detector which sends
information to the alarm central unit.
The alarm duration is 1min15s (30s in fast mode).
The detector has 1 sensor (IRX800HF – Horizontal detection only) or 2
sensors (IRX802HF – horizontal and look-down detection) depending on the
version.

NB : This procedure can be repeated, put off the battery and resume.
(*) : The LED will be disabled if the battery is put while the tamper is closed.

5 - Put the detector in his base fixed on a solid material : wood, concrete
(close the tamper). Ensure the closing with a screw (near the opening hole -
depending on the national standard). The detector is in test mode.
After the operations, wait 1 min (wake-up and stabilization time).

When the tamper is closed back, the PIR automatically switches (atfer its wake-
up) in test mode for 3min. Then, the installer can check the detection range of
the PIR using the LED.
If the PIR detects after this time, only a 3min without detection period will allow it
to get out of the test mode (no detection during 3min), in the limit of 10min (after
that, it will automatically get out of the test mode).

The detector indicates a battery fault to the alarm central unit when the power
supply voltage drops to between 2.7V and 2.5V. The detector offers one week's
autonomy after indicating a battery fault. A battery fault is indicated visually by
flashes of the red lamp on each transmission (even if the LED is disabled).
WARNING : Risk of explosion in case of wrong replacement of the battery.
Replace only with a same battery type or with an equivalent type which has
been recommended by the manufacturer. Throw the used batteries out
according with the manufacturer instructions.

Mount the PIR in a corner, between 2.30m height, turning its detection
field so that an intruder will be obliged to intersect the detection beams
(lens down). Make sure that there is no unwanted source of triggering in
the detector field (window, source of heat, mirror...). Tamper is one of
the 3 metallic tabs.
Mounting steps :
1 – Open the detector with a screwdriver (picture 1)
2 – Customize the detector with the help of the double
functions switch (refer to the table and picture 2)

are explained on page 2.
