Instructions - please read !
Inflation:
- For 1st time use allow the pump to self inflate by leaving it unpacked for 24 hours in a warm envi-
ronment.
- For inflation connect the pump to the inflaton valve of the mat. Inflate now by working the pump
with one hand or foot using it as 'valve cap'. It will take about 1 to 1.5 minutes to inflate any mat
completely.
- Inflate to personal comfort level. The more you inflate the pump, the warmer and firmer it will be.
This is a question of individual preference. Let comfort guide you.
Use and Care:
- Since the abrasive force of dirt is a fabric's primary enemy, use mild soap and water to occasionally
wash the pump. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Beware of exposure to excessive heat.
- Keep pump away from sharp objects like thorns, corals, jagged stones or similar.
- Dirt can lead to valve malfunction and slow air leaks. Rinse valves in water to remove dirt.
- Check valve periodically to ensure a positive seal. Debris can be removed with a damp cloth.
Packing:
- Deflation: Roll the pump up loosely to remove the air. Then slip the pump into the stuffsack.
Storage:
- Be sure to store the pump unpacked in a dry and cool area e.g. under the bed!
- When storing take care to keep it away from pets with sharp claws and teeth.
Tips and Tricks:
- To remove humidity or water that may have reached the foam: force cool to warm air through the
inflation valve using a hair dryer. The circulating air will force humidity out through the exit port and
dry the foam.
- The resilience of the foam in the pump can be temporarily reduced in the most extreme cold, espe-
cially when humidity had got into it. Warming the pump section of the mat with body heator a warm
water bottle will quickly restore it to functionality.

Gebrauchsanleitung - bitte lesen !
Aufblasen:
- Bitte beim ersten Gebrauch die Pumpe aufgehen lassen. Lasse die Pumpe dazu unverpackt etwa
1 Tag in warmer Umgebung ruhen, so dass sich der Schaum darin entfalten kann.
- Zum Aufblasen kopple die Pumpe an das Aufblasventil der Matte. Betätige nun die Pumpe mit
der Hand oder dem Fuss, wobei die Hand oder der Fuss als 'Ventildeckel' dient. In etwa 1 bis 1.5
Minuten ist damit jede Matte voll.
- Die gewünschte Prallheit nach eigenem Empfinden wählen. Je voller die Matte aufgeblasen ist,
desto wärmer und wenig schaukelig ist sie. Beides ist individuell verschieden.
Gebrauch und Pflege:
- Schmutz ist der Feind jeden Textilprodukts, da die feinen Staubkörner die Fasern stetig aber sicher
zermahlen. Darum von Zeit zu Zeit die Pumpe mit Seife und Wasser waschen, jedoch auf keinen
Fall in die Waschmaschine oder Tumbler stecken.
- Halte die Pumpe fern von starken Hitzequellen.
- Halte die Pumpe fern von scharfen Gegenständen wie Dornen, Korallen, spitzen Steinen, Nadel-
baumästen und auch Hundeschnauzen.
- Halte das Ventil sauber, damit kein Sand oder Staub die Ventilabdichtung behindern. Ansonsten die
Ventile in etwas Wasser spülen.
Verpacken:
- Die Pumpe locker rollen bis die Luft draussen ist. Dann die Pumpe in den Packsack stecken.
Aufbewahrung:
- Die Pumpe unaufgerollt an trockenem, kühlen und dunklem Platz aufbewahren z.B. unterm Bett
oder im Estrich!
- Lagere die Matte an einem Ort, wo keine Haustiere diese attackieren können!
Tipps und Tricks:
- Ist einmal Feuchtigkeit in die Pumpe eingedrungen, blase mit einem kalt oder lauwarm eingestell-
ten Haarföhn ins geöffnete Aufblas-Ventil, so dass die Luft durch die Pumpe hindurchzirkuliert und
die Feuchte mit sich hinausträgt.
- In extremer Kälte kann der Schaum der Pumpe steif geworden sein. Dann diesen am Bauch,
zwischen den Beinen oder zwischen den Händen aufwärmen bis er wieder weich und damit funk-

Ne jamais laver en machine ou placer dans un tumbler. - Ne pas exposer la pompe à de fortes sources de chaleur. - Préserver la pompe de tout objet pointu tel qu’épines, corail, pierres pointues, pointes des cram- pons et y compris des griffes des chiens. - Assure-toi que les soupapes ne sont pas sales, c’est-à-dire que ni du sable ni de la poussière ne compromettent leur étanchéité. Le cas échéant, il faut bien les nettoyer.
