1. Detach the folding clip from the ring and then
stand the steering stem upright until you hear a click.

1. Open the folding latch.
3. Fold down the steering stem and adjust the ring on it so that the ring hooks the folding clip.
2. Close the folding latch until you hear a click.
2. Flip the safety switch.
