Description of your M720
Green
key: this is used to call back the last number dialed
(LNR
function), when the set is idle or in communication.
Red
key: this is used
- to disconnect ringing during an incoming call (the message
lamp continues to flash),
- to cut off the micro during a call and talk without your
correspondent hearing you,
- during programming, to cancel a setting.
Setting keys
are used to adjust,
- when the set is idle: the key beep volume,
- during an incoming call: the ring volume,
- during a conversation: the handset or loudspeaker volume.
Directory key
is used to call a personal abbreviated number.
Programming
key: when the set is idle, this is used to access
- the programming of
key,
- the ringing programming.
Loudspeaker
key: during a call, this is used to enable and to
disable the loudspeaker.
The associated lamp illuminates to remind you that the feature has
been enabled.
R key
(Flashing): during a call, this is used to access the dialing
(e.g.: calling a second correspondent).
Voice mail direct access
key: used to call the voice mail system
when the set is idle.
M1 programmable
key: used to store
- the number of one of your favorite correspondents,
- the function which you most often use.
After programming, you have just to press the key to call the
number or to activate the stored function.
When the associated lamp is illuminated, it reminds you that
the function is enabled.
