HP Photosmart 370 series
Unpack the printer
• Remove the tape and cardboard packaging from inside
and around the printer. The printer box contains the
following items:
1. HP Photosmart 370 series 6. HP Photosmart software on
printer CD
2. Tri-color print cartridge 7. Sample media pack and
3. Setup Guide (this poster) resealable media bag
4. Faceplate 8. User's Guide
5. Power supply and adapters
Plug in the power cord
1. Connect the power cord to the back of the printer.
2. Connect the adapter plug for your country/region to the
power cord.
3. Plug the power cord into a working electrical outlet.
4. Press On to turn on the printer. Note that the printer screen
raises up.
Attach the new faceplate
1. Lift the printer screen completely.
2. Pull up the edge of the faceplate as shown. Do the same on
the opposite side.
3. Install the new faceplate by pressing it down.
Install the print cartridge
1. Open the Out tray and the print cartridge access door.
2. Open the print cartridge package and pull the pink pull-tab
to remove the clear tape.
3. Insert the Tri-color print cartridge with the copper-colored
contacts facing the inside of the printer, and the ink nozzles
facing down.
4. Push the cartridge into the cradle until it snaps into place
and close the print cartridge access door.

Déballez l'imprimante
• Retirez le ruban adhésif et l'emballage en carton situé
à l'intérieur et autour de l'imprimante. La boîte de
l'imprimante contient les éléments suivants :

4. Façade
Branchez le câble d'alimentation
1. Connectez le câble d'alimentation à l'arrière de
l'imprimante.
2. Branchez la prise de l'adaptateur correspondant à votre
pays/région au câble d'alimentation.
3. Branchez le câble d'alimentation à une prise secteur
qui fonctionne.
4. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche pour allumer l'imprimante.
L'écran de l'imprimante se relève.
Fixez la nouvelle façade
1. Relevez complètement l'écran de l'imprimante.
2. Soulevez le bord de la façade comme indiqué.
Procédez de même pour le côté opposé.
3. Installez la nouvelle façade en exerçant une pression
vers le bas.
Installez la cartouche d'impression
1. Ouvrez le bac de sortie et le volet d'accès à la cartouche
d'impression.
2. Ouvrez l'emballage de la cartouche d'impression et tirez
sur la languette rose pour retirer le ruban transparent.
3. Insérez la cartouche d'impression trichromique, les contacts
cuivrés dirigés vers l'intérieur de l'imprimante et les buses
d'encre dirigées vers le bas.
4. Poussez la cartouche dans le support jusqu'à ce qu'elle
s'enclenche et fermez le volet d'accès
à la cartouche d'impression.
