Benutzerhinweise Die AS-i-Ventilinsel Typ 10 ist ausschließlich zur Steuerung von pneumatischen Aktuatoren bestimmt und nur für den Einsatz in Bussystemen gemäß der AS-i-Spezifikation geeignet. Hierbei sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte für Drücke, Temperaturen, elektrische Daten, Drehmomente usw. einzuhalten. AS-i-Bussysteme und AS-i-Ventilinseln dürfen nur von hierfür geschultem Fachpersonal installiert werden.

  • Page 5 Adressierung der AS-i-Ventilinsel Typ 10 3.1 Zuweisen der AS-i-Slaveadresse Empfehlung: Verwenden Festo-Adressiergerät ASI-PRG-ADR Bestell-Nr. 18959 mit Adapterkabel Bestell-Nr. 18960 (oder Siemens PSG). Vor dem Anschließen eines AS-i-Slaves an den Bus: Weisen Sie jedem AS-i-Slave eine noch nicht belegte AS-i-Adresse zu.
  • Page 6 Leitungslänge des Betriebsspannungsanschlusses (abhängig von der Stromaufnahme der Insel und den Schwankungen der Betriebsspannung). – Abschluß eines offenen Kabelendes mit der Festo-Kabelkap- pe ASI-KK-FK (Bestell-Nr. 18787) oder der Kabeltülle ASI-KT-FK (Bestell-Nr. 165 593). Sie vermeiden damit Kriech- ströme und erreichen Schutzart IP65.

Versorgen Sie die Ventilinsel Typ CPV..-GE-ASI-...-Z immer getrennt mit 24 V-Lastspannung. Verwenden Sie ein externes PELV-Netzteil mit 24V-Betriebs- spannung gemäß der Spezifikation in den Technischen Daten. Beachten Sie die maximale Stromaufnahme aller gleichzeitig geschalteten Ausgänge.

Addressing the AS-i valve terminal type 10 3.1 Assign the AS-i slave address We recommend the use of the Festo addresser ASI-PRG-ADR part no. 18959 with adapter cable part no. 18960 (or Siemens PSG) Before connecting an AS-i slave to the bus, assign a non- reserved AS-i address to each AS-i slave.
