Presentation of the BFA – BFC card
Very simple, intuitive and ultra reliable, the Opticom command makes it possible
automatically to manage the BFA and the BFC, with 30 pre cycles programmable
available.
Temperature control made with the degree near with a settling time to each degree
(real slow growth). Ventilation allows an automatic de-icing during the phase of
blocking. The reheating remains homogeneous to the heart of the paste in way
natural. This system avoids any thermal shock and decreases condensation. Your
products remain flexible, smooth with a beautiful aspect.
In the event of non-intervention on the automat at the end of 45 min (lasted given by
way of example) according to the end of cycle fermentation, the function "Dormillon"
allows the resumption of cold. Opticom automatically manages the day of end of
cycle.

The program in memory envisages pre cooling, blocking and
increase in temperature. Evolution of the cycle can be followed
on the screen.
The key "Joker" allows to manually modify the parameters of a cycle,
even in progress, with assistance of the keys +/-.
With the 2 keys P01 and P02 you reach directly your 2 preferred
programs. (Bongard's trick, use P01 for a blocking 24h00 and P02
for a blocking 48h00).
The manual mode makes possible to use the BFA in position proofer, slow
growth or cold positive, unbounded of duration.
At the time of the opening of the doors to enter paste in cold, the key
"procedure of unloading" stop the ventilators to avoid any loss and an
increase too rapid in temperature
