The pips of some fruit are similar in size
to the openings of the fine or the coarse
filter insert and may block it. Before pro-
cessing, set the control nozzle to a set-
ting for juicier fruit pulp. The pips will
then be pressed out of the nozzle with
the pulp.
Cut large items of fruit into pieces so
they fit into the filling shaft. Remove hard
peel, stalks, cores and stones.
Do not process fruit when frozen.
Do not apply great force with the pusher.

Grain
The grain mill attachment is suitable for
grinding all types of grain except corn and
for grinding other foods.
Other suitable foods include e.g. oats, lin-
seeds, black pepper or coffee beans.
Note: The grain mill attachment is not suit-
able for grinding very hard foods, e.g. dried
peas, corn, Brazil nuts or nutmeg.
