13.10 Service information
With this product, it is necessary to note that the fol-
lowing parts are subject to natural or usage-related
wear, or that the following parts are required as con-
sumables.
Wearing parts*: Saw chain, guide rail, chain wheel,
chain oil, engine oil, claw stop, chain catcher, spark
plug, air filter, fuel filter, chain oil filter
* may not be included in the scope of delivery!
Spare parts and accessories can be obtained from
our Service Centre. To do this, scan the QR code on
the front page.
m WARNING
Only use original spare parts and accessories from
the manufacturer. Failure to do so can reduce perfor-
mance, result in injuries and void your warranty.
Important note in the case of repairs:
When returning the device for repair, please ensure
for safety reasons that it is free of oil and petrol when
it is sent to the service centre.

14. Storage
• Always use the guide rail cover (27) when storing.
• Clean and maintain the device every time before
storage, see chapter "Cleaning and maintenance".
• Store the device in a safe, dry, frost-free, well-ven-
tilated place protected from the weather. Outdoor
storage is not advisable. Also secure it from unau-
thorised access.
• Empty the oil or fuel tank with a suction pump.
m WARNING
Do not remove the petrol in enclosed spaces, near
fire or when smoking. Petrol fumes can cause explo-
sions and fire.
• Start the engine and let it run until the remaining
petrol is used up.
